Moved back to previous room

Ok so Lenora got moved back into her previous room in the Inpatient ward. Which means the 'no flower bouquet' ban has been lifted ;-)
She sat up for over an hour today but she's still very weak. All they are giving her right now is liquids until her bowels empty out for real. And only as much liquid as she can take without throwing up. I don't know how she'll be able to grow strong without an intake of fibre. Obviously the liquids only diet is temporary.
The biopsy results have not come back yet. The doctor said this was a tough one to diagnose. Hopefully we don't need to wait much longer.

The verse Below is a promise that has run through my mind many times since Lenora became this sick.

Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary. (Isaiah 40:31 NASB)

  1. Lenora, my dear sister-in-Christ, you are in my thoughts daily, and along with others I cry out to the Lord on your behalf. Oh, that He would bring complete healing and restoration to your body, in Jesus's name.

Whom does Lenora have in heaven but You? She desires you more than anything on earth. Her health may fail, and her spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of her heart; He is hers forever. (Ps. 73:25, 26)

"The LORD nurses them (Lenora) when they are sick and eases their pain and discomfort." (Ps. 41:3)

"Let the smile of your face shine on Lenora, Lord. Tonight, may she lie down in peace and sleep, for you alone, O LORD, will keep her safe." (Ps. 4:6,8)

"Praise the Lord; praise God our Savior! For each day he carries Lenora in His arms." (Ps. 68:19

May the Lord continue to carry you, and comfort you by His Word. Be patient, and take courage and being confident of this, that "He who began a good work in you, Lenora, will carry it on to completion until the day of Jesus Christ.
    (Phil. 1:6)

    Love you lots,
    Connie
