Still waiting

Mom said she'd gone to bed with high hopes Lenora was gonna be over her upset stomach but when mom saw her this morning, those hopes crumbled. Lenora was holding a kidney basin. She had to use it several times throughout the day. By supper time though she felt a little better so she ate some and drank a bit again.
The physio therapist had Lenora do bed exercises. That went well enough. She also walked to the double glass doors and back to her room, twice!
Please keep praying for a diagnosis!
Like I've said earlier, God can see the problem. God can see the whole picture, the past, the present, and the future. And yet, He wants us to bring our needs to Him and He promises to grant our requests. His timing is perfect though, unlike ours. This is why He tells us to wait! Waiting is hard. Especially in today's society where we expect everything to be at our fingertips instantly.

  1. Praying and so thankful that God sees the storm from the other side. He knows the lessons learned and just beyond the clouds He sees clear skies... He speaks peace to the raging storm when peace cannot be found... He already sees the rainbow, when we see only clouds. Hang in there Lenora, He has it all under control. Love you! ~ Steph

  2. Good post Justen,
Patience...Ah that is a tough one, especially when there's unanswereded questions. One of the fruit of the spirit is PATIENCE- something God wants to mature in us to make us more like himself. I recently came across this definition of patience. "Patience-Is accepting a trial without giving God a deadline to remove it."

Love & praying for you all,
    Connie
